Include your Pannoli version, device model, iOS version and what you were trying to do. You do not need to send your full diary. Hide names, notes and your child’s information in any screenshots you choose to attach. Your diary is not sent automatically with a support request.

Local diaries and iCloud

An unshared diary is stored on your device. It does not automatically sync across all your devices. To share a diary with family, open Settings → iCloud and family and prepare an invitation. The recipient needs Pannoli installed, an iCloud account and the invitation link.

If an update is missing, check your connection and Apple Account, then use Refresh diary in the sharing screen. The owner can check invitations and permissions. Read-only access lets you view and export the diary, but not add or edit events.

Exporting and deleting

In Settings → Data and privacy, you can export selected dates as a PDF and manage diary deletion. Before confirming, read which copy will be removed and how sharing will be affected. Exported copies and copies already downloaded by other people are not deleted remotely.

Pannoli Plus and restoring a purchase

Plus is an optional one-time purchase with no subscription. It adds more personal diaries, charts across multiple days, comparisons, widgets, advanced PDFs and customization. Unlimited events, your full history, iCloud sharing and basic PDF export stay free.

If you have already purchased Plus, open Settings → Pannoli Plus → Restore purchases, using the same Apple Account as the original purchase. Check your connection. Never send passwords, card details or verification codes to receive support.

Medicines and notifications

You can record medicines and vitamins and set a reminder for each. Each person needs to allow notifications on their own device. Upcoming reminders are scheduled locally: reopen the app to update the schedule. Other participants’ changes arrive through iCloud sync and do not automatically update the schedule while the app remains closed. Reminders are not a medical alert system.

Pannoli is a diary, not a medical device. Charts and guides help you review your records and do not replace advice from your pediatrician. For questions or concerns about your child’s health, contact their healthcare professional.
